Placing an order

An order is a request, not a completed sale. We call the mobile number you gave us to confirm it. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Correct information

Please give a full address and a working mobile number. A fake order or a wrong address costs us the courier charge both ways, and we may refuse to serve numbers that do this repeatedly.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices or run out of stock without notice. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will call you and either offer an alternative or cancel that item.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 days from the day you order. Weather, strikes and courier delays can stretch this. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Product images

We photograph products ourselves wherever we can. Even so, screens differ, and a small variation in shade or finish is possible. A minor colour difference is not treated as a wrong product.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. Pay the delivery man once the parcel is in your hand.

Cancelling

You may cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — just call us. After that, the return policy applies.
