What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address. That is all we ask for. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords, because we take payment in cash at your door.

Why we collect it

To call and confirm your order, to print the courier label, to deliver the parcel, and to answer you if you contact us later about that order.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies — your name, address and mobile number, so they can deliver the parcel. Nothing more.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information.

We may hand over information if a court or a government authority lawfully requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. We also use Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook that someone visited a page or placed an order, so our ads reach people more likely to be interested. It does not tell Facebook your name, phone number or address.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the cart may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts and for handling returns and complaints.

Your choices

Write to support@paikariz.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act within seven days, unless the law requires us to keep a record of the sale.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
